''The Ice Pirates,'' which has been rated PG (''Parental Guidance Suggested''), contains dialogue heavily laced with double-entendre witlessness. In a distant future scarce of water, space pirates get caught after stealing ice from a spaceship. They are sold to a princess looking for her dad. The slight film tries some witless smart-aleck jokes, fails in its intention to be campy and crudely settles for being a low-level goofy spoof of Star Wars.
